Your decorations look wonderful! I'm so glad you got them in time. Spider looks very cozy, and arent you sweet to give him such a cute blanket! Isnt it funny the things we end up doing for our pets?
Hello Sophie, Thankyou for all your kind comments and your concern,I know just how Spider feels !!!!He looks devine bless him. I think your decorations are fantastic and I love the pumpkin man,the garlands are so much nicer than the usual halloween decorations. See you soon Kat xx
just found your blog and it's lovely! your taste is exaclty the same as mine, however at 19 i don't have a house to fill with gorgeous things as you do. jealous!
Spider looks quite cozy! I would like to be under a blanket right now too and maybe watching movies on my couch but instead I'm at work. Oh well. I love this time of year too and all the old spooky movies - I don't like the more recent horror movies though. They are a bit too scary for me! Karla
The American version was The Twilight Zone and they did rip off some of Dahl's stories. The Man From The South became The Man From Panama. I would love to have seen the ones with him hosting.
Sophie, I love your new decorations. I love Bayberry Cove. It's a great site. Your cat looks so cozy and cute all wrapped up. I knew I liked you, you love the same kinds of movies and shows I do. Spooky ones. We did get that show over here. There should be some good Halloween shows coming up soon. Have a great weekend enjoying your new decorations. Rosemary
Love your garland! I just keep oohing and ahhing over your blog, so glad I found it, and I cant even remember how! Love your little spider all wrapped up too! hope he feels better soon.xx
Hi Sophie, Reading the comment from paper world.......do you know I do not know how I started this....how did I find myself here....I know that I pressed lots of keys on the keyboard and hey presto.....I'm in Blogland. It may have all started on Louise Loves Blog - yes, thinking about it now.....Well anyway, I love checking my fav's to see what may be there on the screen to delight me. Like opening a pressie every morning. Love the garland, my one is boring compared to yours. Carol X
Your Halloween decor looks very nice...I don't decorate much as Christmas is my fav holiday but I do like to watch something creepy and scare myself this time of year...I watched a tv show called "Ghost Whisperer" the other night...that was enough for me~~shiver~~
Spider looks so precious...all snuggly in his pink fleece:)
I like your Halloween decorations, I am not a fan of the gross and horrifying decorations that are in ALL of the stores around here. I guess I am just a big fraidy cat.
He's the cutest scary cat I've ever seen =) I don't know if that show aired here as I'm so, so bad about horror movies. I get bad dreams. I know, it's ridiculous. Hmmm.. just this morning I posted about my son's recent nightmares...must get it from me! I'm a bit behind in my blogs so I have to go read about one of your favorite shops. Blessings... Polly
I wish I liked spooky things too! I'm just the biggest chicken and I'm scared of everything! I can't watch scary movies bc although I know they are fake I get so scared that I can't sleep! Pathetic but true! When I was little my parents hung fake ghosts made out of sheets from the trees in our yard. And they had to take them down because I was too scared to go outside! Pathetic I know! I look forward to a Spider movie! Poor sweet Spider! You are a good Mommy to Spider keeping him wrapped in fleece. :) Cece

Hi Sophie!! Are you getting your much needed rest? I hope so. Did I miss something? Is Mr. Spider sick again? Give that sweet little boy a kiss on his head and a scratch behind the ear from me. I am sending a ray of California sunshine, too.
I love your chenille decorations! They look so vintage!! You have great taste!
How much longer do you think the strike is going to last? I have to mail my son a package there for his birthday. Maybe I'll wire some money instead.
How in the world did I miss Spider laying all comfy in that blanket before???? I love the decorations...and yes, The Watchers by Dean Koontz if a favorite of mine, too...I've read it five or six times...just finished The Husband (delish) and just started The Taking today...you'll love it, it starts out with a porch full of coyotes...lol
Sophie, I really love your Bayberry Cove goodies. Like I mentioned before, I almost got the same pumpkin guy and cat garland. It's so cute. And the hanging accordian pumpkin guy is so great. Halloween is so fun! Also, Spider looks so sweet all wrapped up in his blankie. He has a good mommy to keep him covered and comfortable. I hope he continues to make good progress.
